Scam warning

Some members have received emails titled “Sleep Analysis Premium Plan renewal monthly as agreed 3,480 NT”. BeatBird did not send them, and we have no such plan.

• BeatBird only ever emails from @beatbird.app.
• We will never ask you to search for “official support”, add an agent’s chat account, or scan a QR code.
• We will never ask you to “cancel a payment” at an ATM or in online banking.
• Check subscriptions and payments only in the app, under “Account › Subscription”.

We have reported this to the police, and our data protection officer is tracing where the member data in these emails came from. If in doubt, call the 165 anti-fraud hotline.
