We are a group of people focused on "anonymous networks" and "internet freedom." By using tools like Tor, Tails, and OONI, we aim to raise public awareness about the importance of internet freedom! We are currently recruiting community members to establish our first batch of community partners. In the future, we hope to regularly share and update the status of "anonymous networks" online.

Where we start.

At the start of the project, we focused solely on the OONI project by examining the completeness of observation data on Taiwanese ASNs in the OONI database and assessing whether it reflects the current internet situation in Taiwan. As we continued to promote OONI, we discovered that Taiwan's internet is relatively free, with fewer international issues occurring here. As a result, topics like internet surveillance and interference are less prominent, making it challenging to find real-world cases to aid our promotion efforts. Therefore, we decided to change our approach and the role we play by focusing on privacy-related topics, specifically promoting and building around the issue of "anonymous networks" and services related to them.
